Featured fugitives include Jose Garibay and Julio Ceja of Mendocino County, Cal., who are wanted for raping a 14-year-old girl in July 2008 after offering her a ride in a pickup truck. The victim recalls her ordeal. Also: Robert King of Memphis, who’s on the U.S. Marshal’s 15 Most Wanted list for the 2005 murder of his estranged girlfriend in front of her daughter; and Paul Winklebeck, an Oregon registered sex offender on the run for the March 2010 kidnapping of two women (who escaped).
