In this season 9 premiere of the Two And A Half Men and the first episode where Charlie is not present, Alan and Jake still tries to cope and move on with their lives without Charlie after his sudden death.

That's when they meet Walden Schmidt, an internet entrepreneur who got his own troubles to deal with because of a bad divorce. Walden will be their newest roommate and the guy that will help them with moving on.
